DeFreitas & Associates (D&A) is proud to announce that the firm’s North American affiliated office in Toronto, Canada has become a member of the EFile Association of Canada (EAC/ATC).
The EFile Association of Canada (http://efile.ca/en/) was formed in 1993 and is a federally registered non-profit corporation , representing tax practitioners from all regions of Canada to senior management of the Canada Revenue Agency, Federal and Provincial Ministries of Revenue, as well as tax software providers. Our membership consists of professionals and full represents the EFile industry: from sole proprietors to large nationwide firms.
D&A provides the EFile (electronic filing) service to its clients in Canada.
EFILE allows you to file personal income tax and benefit returns directly to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) using the Internet. EFILE is a convenient option for filing both corporate and personal tax return. It streamlines the tax-filing process and offers the following benefits:

- faster refunds (in as little as eight business days);
- greater accuracy (with the use of software, CRA don’t re-key the information, and there is less chance of errors);
